@andrewq159 If the UK was suddenly in need to evacuate its people then absolutely you would be granted the right to return to your family members,since they like the UK fall under the rules of the UN Court of Human Rights & quite right you should have that right aswell. The same for peoples whose families had to flee their homes earlier than they could ,due to them fighting on frontlines in conflicts,just for 1 example out of hundreds. Are you getting the picture to how the Asylum System is set up to protect basic human rights, such as the right to be united in safety with your family??

I guarantee you don’t care or have a clue about the numbers of Australians in the UK do you? Not a care for Australian immigrants but very serious about some brown & black people on boats. Why did Ukrainians get red carpet treatment,with people literally opening their homes up for these pale skinned,non English speaking folks. Yet our fellow brown or black commonwealth brothers & sisters & Afghanistan & Iraqi battlefield allies of ours get the ”Eh……right you lot,straight to Rwanda with you” treatment, even though we currently accept asylum seekers from Rwanda,how does that work. I thought Rwanda was a safe country ?? 🤷‍♂️🤔 The Torys are just playing race hate politics with literally some of the poorest, most vulnerable peoples on the face of this planet. The million or so British “economic migrants” don’t risk their life’s on dinghies because being “choosy economic migrants” they would rather just fly by plane to their country of choice. Who risks their very life for a job or a change in weather?? ANSWER=NOBODY. Only literally some of the poorest & most vulnerable peoples on the face of the planet risk their lifes in dinghies to seek ASYLUM!
