  6. Yes, there are machines that will help make the job less difficult. I think you might also want to try a different type of wax. I find that the more modern wax/sealants are not very difficult to apply and remove, and don't leave that white residue in every crack and crevice.

  7. Yes, it takes a lot of time. There are all-in-one type products out there. What are your goals? Is it an everyday driving car? Sometimes a wash-n-wax is good enough (they even make spray as you dry waxes) .
