  5. It's sad that she's so right on the money. I'm 34. Degree + masters in CS - zero payment. I own 3 homes today, including the one I live in. I have no car because I designed my life around not needing one. No debts whatever. TODAY, I would find this goddamn impossible to execute at least until my mid 40's. And the situation does not seem to be improving for the younger incoming generations.
