What is the accountability for that? " - when you have to go to school + go to work there is very little time left. Having a parent/partner/friend at home that can cook is literally a treasure. "Birds push the young ones out to fly on their own. There's a lesson in that." - No, there isn't, because we do not function on the same level of complexity.
