Is he forcing someone to come to his restaurant ? 2. Why aren't we talking about cigarettes, alcohol or drugs ? Evidently people like to NEGLECT themselves, or are absolutely stupid and eat anything that is tasty. Yes, a burger is tasty if prepared right, and any meat eating person would be a hypocrite to deny such fact, but what today's people are doing is simply ABUSE.

  6. If you are not intolerant to gluten, not eating it will do nothing. Calories are the issue as you can overeat on healthy foods and you will get fat. Portion size matters.

Simply refuse them by telling that it would obstruct the view inside the shop or it would be hard to remove the glue from a window without scratching it, or he can just refuse to have ANY king of flyers without having to give any explanations at all. It is a private business after all. As for the other party, accept the refuse and move on, this is not a debate or negotiation.
