  1. 4:00 - Doesn't exist yet. Unfortunately, we are heading in that direction, slowly, but surely, because in Romania the government does what the West wokies dictate most of the times. So I wouldn't be surprised for Romania to have the same problems we see in the "diverse" countries like UK, France, Germany, Sweden and so on in the next 20-25 years, tops.
