  2. I think the market in US is quite different from the one in EU. I live in the EU, and I can tell you, I would easily be overemployed at any time. I think the US market needs to recalibrate their expectations, or maybe this is intentional to a degree. I highly doubt that someone who did CS in US is less competent than someone from the EU.
