  1. I disagree. No matter the political regime, the people will always be selfish, first, looking for their own well being as a priority, then after that's met, seeing unto others. It is a fallacy to think that a political regime somehow will ever be able to bypass the basic needs one has which is : food, security, shelter and the need to feel important.
