  1. What these people need is discipline. Have your community CLEANED up of all the misery in the streets, bring gravel and pave the ways, learn basic mining operation safety procedures. Adding a side dish of seriousness to it all will help. That means no booze, no smokes and no fucking around during work hours. THIS is how you make money. They are literary sitting on a pile of gold which is useless if not exploited effectively.

  5. 1 question : are you here legally ? If not, nobody should be liable for you. Hard truth. If yes, it means the system has very big flaws with all the gaps regarding the law for regulations, contracts, policies, for not treating a hard working immigrant properly.

  6. karmacologist Depends. if they have relevant skills and willing to actually work for an honest buck, then at least I'm giving them the chance to have an interview. If they do not want to actually change, but just bitch and moan about living in the sewers then they totally deserve to be there. If they want to turn their life around FOR REAL then I think that they deserve a chance even tough maybe some of them had more then just one chance.

This unilateral bullshit, where these corporations are "pleased" (I bet my balls they are, they are skinning you alive) to "purchase" (I think the correct word is "steal") your community is UNACCEPTABLE.
