  1.  @durianpeople  "no, you discuss salary once you pass the interview and move into offering phase" - and then you see that the job pays shit and you've been lowballed. No, you discuss salary expectations right at the first call/meeting/interview. If they are reluctant to disclose it, that should be a big red flag that this is a job that pays shit.
