No, but I've seen this used a lot. It's just simply demand and offer mechanics. If a western company wants to hire an Azure Architect, that will cost them 1000 EUR per day on average. On the flip side, the same job in Romania (where I live now) is paid about 4k to 6k of EUR a month, on average and you do the exact same work, just with more middle man between you and the client (to be translated "less money for you, from the get go"). So what do they do? They go for the middle and say "we're gonna hire you for about 450 to 600 a day (if you're lucky, a lot of offers don't even reach 400)" How do I know this? I've seen dozens (if not hundreds) of offers on the market by now and I'm an architect myself.
