  2.  @ALifeAfterLayoff  And how do you choose when you are offered 0 transparency ? What do you think will happen if I start asking in an interview: so why is this position open ? Could I have a 1:1 with a few of the team members ? What about some of your former employees ? Without these, it's a lottery :) Your only other option is to have somebody on the inside that you can ask what type of bosses, projects, clients are in that area so you can then evaluate if it's going to be a shitty job or not.
