  3. Let's not kid ourselves - you won't be leaving on good terms from such a sheety toxic workplace with such a sheety toxic boss. As for your new workplace, I would suggest you do NOT update your LinkedIn profile and CV with your new job, if you think there is a high chance the former boss might try to sabotage you behind the scenes.
