  1. Nutella has a shitload of processed sugar and palm oil, both toxic and unhealthy. About 50% of that stuff is sugar. So it's not healthy at all. You can make your own home version with 100% organic hazelnut butter, cocoa powder, 100% coconut oil and honey.
