  5. That's how we are trained to it. I would have got an IBC, filled it with water and dropped them in for 12 hours or so if they were considered too dangerous to move.

  8. Utterly insane, firstly the usual use of that truck is to transport not explode and secondly, 10 pound of what? They had no idea what the IEDs were packed with and they still chose to detonate them in a suburban area? This rate up there on the scale of dumb use of explosives right along side the blowing up of the whale.
