  2. A registered, licensed, manned balloon is just another aircraft but with noted limited maneuverability. An unmanned one is also plotted but usually not permitted in controlled airspace.

  4. Objection! You appear to be confusing the lyrics and the music. These are two different things, in this case, it was the lyrics that were alleged to be identical not the music so how it "sounds" has no bearing on the matter. Your argument does not make sense.

  12. I think you have it a bit wrong. You imply the constitution is a document from the government that tells the people what their rights are when it is in fact a document from the people telling the government what they can and can not do. The clue is in the first line, "We the people". The constitution regulates the government, not the people.
