  3. Unless he had a BAC or drugs in his system arresting the driver at this stage is wrong and just crazy, no one knows the cause right now and no way is that not wrongful arrest if he ends up cleared.

  6. @AdenD123 Thing is, we don't know that yet. There has been no time for evidence gathering apart from interviewing a few shell-shocked people. This isn't usually how it's done. If he's found to have a case to answer then fine, but there is no way they can know that as yet. I'm not defending him, I'm just surprised at the lack of protocol here.

  7. Unsure where you got that idea from (too much American TV maybe?), the only freedom of speech Australia has under the law is freedom of political speech. Also, even if we did FoS is with regards to government, not a private company, they have every right even in America to restrict speech or opinion on their platform.
