They can't cut immigration without shrinking the economy further because its the Conservative economic model that's driving it higher in the 1st place

what's wrong with spending on public services rather than say on the recent 8 billion bankers tax break 4 billion for millionaire pensioners and additional 6 billion for fossil fuel companies? that 18 billion is just wasted gone out of the economy?

So if your a Tory voter and your enjoying the fruits of an extended period of Thatcherism why go for the extreme version Just put up with what you have instead of trying to make it worse for everyone else

Brexit is an economic train wreck and is responsible for larger net migration due to increased dependants and refugees due to leaving joint agreements

since when is spending 8 billion on a Bankers tax cut the same as funding NHS pay awards or a 4 billion tax break for millionaire pensioners instead of repairing RAAC in schools? @chriscurtain1816

What do Reform believe in? Their tax proposals are low tax twaddle aimed at helping the billionaire class and Their environment policy will turn areas round me into slag heaps as they frack for gas

I don't have any lefty mates most are centrist at best. The UK is currently borrowing 130 billion a year as it is the economy is stagnant and no amount of tax cuts will increase growth because its never worked in 50 + years of trying. So if you can't grow the economy to pay for trickle down tax cuts you'll have to shrink services and depress wages further. Not investing in social infrastructure creates more and more skills gaps creating higher demand for migrant labour. and Fracking will only scar the landscape and produce no economic benefit to UK voters So basically there talking bollox on tax and immigration @The_Dan_of_Kent

I don't have lefty mates there centrists at best If you don't invest in anything just cut tax you'll increase the demand for skilled migrant labour and increase Debt. If you shrink services further under the misguided belief it will help pay for the tax cuts you'll actually keep shrinking the economy. This will reduce overall tax revenue Economic Facts aren't left or right @The_Dan_of_Kent

Right wing economic policy of low tax and under investment in the UK social infrastructure drives ever higher levels of immigration Now that's common sense

Reform represent the elite and billionaire class don't kid yourself @DavesGarden1714

why not Spending 8 billion on NHS pay sounds preferable to spending it on Bakers tax break spending on renewable energy fetching prices down rather than 100's of billions on fossil tax breaks @7702alan
