and what law has she broken exactly? your talking about someone on PAYE and a perhaps / maybe / theoretical tax bill of £1500 10 years ago with zero paper trail because as far as the law is concerned you don't have to live in a place to claim it as your primary residence.

Inadvertently not paying tax is something you negotiate with HMRC ask Jeremy Hunt the current Chancellor or is there a different rule if your working class? Hunt said his failure to declare a business interest with both Companies House and the parliamentary register of MPs' interests was down to "honest administrative mistake"

1st it's not a criminal investigation if it's by HMRC 2nd your talking about investigating someone who was on PAYE not deliberately screwing the system for millions with offshore accounts, this isn't the gotcha the Tories think it is with the Carers scandal just emerging it shows a system that hounds working people for pennies while allowing the elite to stick 2 fingers up at us.
