And the reason there in a hotel to start with is Tory incompetence

@HonestBottom the issue with Asylum and legal migration is Tory policy If you processed all the claims in a timely manner 40,000 would already be deported, last years claims where 82,000 of which 80% are accepted so 62,000 a year isn't a big number for a population of 68 million. More problematic is legal migration again due to a combination of Tory economic policy of not investing in the UK workforce and being outside the EU of the +1.25 million immigrants 1/2 were dependents when in the EU net migration had stabilised to +200,000 given our low birth rate a sustainable number if investment in physical and social infrastructure had been done and could also have been reduced.

Taxes for the average and low paid will go down just like they did last time under Blair / Brown Tax breaks for the wealthy get shut down You currently have thresholds frozen till 2028 so Sunak can pay for his Trickle down cr@p

The reason the economy is knackered is Thatcherism Reform promote economic Thatcherism its like hey that didn't work 14 years in a row maybe if someone else did the same things will change
1
Reform pedal the same Thatcherite trickle down nonsense the Tories are enacting so why bother switching from 1 bunch of useless elites to another
1
No they won't and you know it

@SmartCookie2022 And what would Major have done with that inheritance certainly not rebuilt the NHS and Education system which after years of Tory rule was on its knees again. The Tories simply refuse to invest in the UK public siphoning of money into schemes that benifit the wealthy Case in point Sunak pa8d 20p in the £ tax on millions in income a graduate nurse pays just under 50% 4 billion in a Millionaire pension giveaway of 40,000 per person paid for by frozen tax thresholds

@HonestBottom I agree about the illegal part The Cons being in power for 13 years is the core problem they don't believe in government, if you don't value your staff or are always blaming them for your failures + wage suppression then what incentive is there? We're also seeing the fallout from the failures of the Thatcher era, raw sewage in rivers, astronomical price gauging in the energy market and years of pumping billions into right to buy stripping councils of vital housing assets leading to budgets of up to half being spent on housing support.

He'll reverse Tory Thatcherite trickle down policies that are killing the economy And why would he give details the Billionaire owner media would go into full propaganda mode telling everyone that if they Looe their trickle down perks the sky would fall in
1
@DS-cf1zc Starmer was an exceptional manager maybe green round politics but he was the best at what he did the Knighthood was from the grateful Tories for his hard work as DPP head after he left things went south on prosecution numbers
1
@DS-cf1zc they have said multiple times what their generic plans are what they won't commit to is taxation bar it won't go up. I could raise 100 billion in tax and still keep to the promise of taxes won't go up but there is no way on this earth I'd let the Tory client media know before the election
