Applies to anyone with a salary of 32k - 55k Everyone else + pensioners has a tax hike due to fiscal drag - for example 12250 should be 15000 So a pensioner with a small additional pension will see a tax rise of £540 the national average is 18k so an additional 3% off not much goes to the government
