They've put forward an economic stance under Rachael Reeve "The Everyday Economy" Its a million miles from Thatcherism and low taxes for the top They've put forward a stance on Brexit which is more alignment with the EU to vastly reduce the paperwork crippling business a Veterinary deal alone would sort out the NI protocol And a green new deal to move from fossil (Norway has 93% renewable and 3% inflation)

I'll vote for anyone that will kick out the Tories

@ac4486 And your point being you'd rather have the Tories continue destroying the country? They've already said that they would be moving away from monetarism and Friedman towards a Keynesian economic model that brought economic recovery after the war. All you'll get with the Tories is grinding Austerity Monetarism the cornerstone of Thatcherism has completely has completely failed. But hey I'm just looking at both sides economic policies

@steveez5717 2017 was as far as Corbyn could push it the Lib-Dem vote was completely squeezed by 2019 he was dead in the waterT The older working uneducated working class male voters were switching to UKIP (BNP light) those guys are just lost there all on the Rwanda train. No one outside Toryland are going to keep bowing to the big money guys all there eggs are in the Boris basket. The economic path forward is through a push to switch the economy from fossil devolve power to the regions and fire up small businesses who are the lifeblood of the economy outside the City. I'd hope you'd get a raft of legislation on workers rights and an uplift in the minimum wage ban fire and rehire zero hours Non Dom and close down all the fekin tax havens. As an aside I've been listening to a great podcast series called "Origin stories" the last episode I listened to was "Neoliberalism everything is for sale" Its done by a couple of Jurno's on the left absolutely cracking given our conversation its right up your street. Knowledge is power nice talking to you

@PrimusPete couple of things First 75% of the media are seamless with the Tories there just blatant propaganda tools there's a great video by Byline called the Billionaires bitch Second I've worked with no end of managers and he comes over as a team leader not afraid to put people in post who will lead at that department, Reeve is an economist graduate from the LSE
