  1. Portacabins are warmer because of underinvestment, the school I work at (I'm retired and do invigilating on a part time basis). The main school buildings all need insulating properly and have all the windows upgraded, if you upgrade the insulation to say A+ the heating bill will be near zero because bodies generate heat I'd also add the rooms are over hot in the Summer.
