Sunak has put in motion policies that are killing the economy and the BOE will keep raising rates at the rate of pain Sunak is inflicting on the middle class and headlines like yesterday with british gas making record profits he won't be able to buy a vote come the election. Just turning off Trickle down and instigating proper windfall taxes to push down the cost of energy as well as removing the onshore wind ban will have quite a positive effect we've a wind farm near us the infrastructure is there and they could easily add more turbines if planning reform got through.

wonder how much you have to donate to get at least your Ideas read? My big idea is for the government to sponsor factory built modular houses which can be designed and pre built offsite given the shortages of bricklayers plumbers electricians etc. You need foundations and services then your house arrives on the back of a lorry and is constructed in under a week. Sponsor = guarantee buying a certain quantity, help with certification to standards etc there are already firms out there that do Kit homes and I'm aware people like brick but the idea is aimed at 1st time buyers the council sell them land cheap on the provision they build a starter home on it within 2/3 years and have a contract with a building company to guarantee foundations services round where I live the land is 1/2 the cost of the house

I like Chris he comes across well the best suggestion I've heard to is Martin Lewis the money saver expert guy maybe Reeve could get him in as an expert in his field Treasury Authodoxy certainly doesn't work they need some new brains in there and some fresh thinking economists

@Andyreally the problem with Corbyn was he was an elite intellectual and usless the last thing the country needed was a left wing populist up against a right wing populist Now we seem to have flipped the other way with the battle of the Technocrats Must admit didn't think Sunak would be as bad as he's been my hope is the spanking the Tories get put into 3rd place putting the Lib Dems as official opposition

@razorednight Sunak's policies will self immolate the lot of them I can't see a Braverman being electable in any shape or form. Or any of the Fashy bunch they'll turn too The problem they will have is current polling suggests a mean of 100 seats there's not that many moderates to start with so you'll be left with the likes of Desmond Swain Marc Francois etc Even Mogg's seat doesn't look safe to tactical voting
