2 child limit is popular even with Labour voters your better off finding a different way of alleviating poverty than increasing a Universal benefit

What are traditional Labour policies? Just nationalising stuff won't work and will lead to Labour getting booted out at the next election unless your going to take the centre with you what's the point? As for fiscal rules I could change the tax system completely yet stick to the same tax base, I'd also add over an extended period the Tories have pissed money away like confetti the latest barge fiasco will cost 2.5 billion over the life of their contracts. I have no idea whether the Starmer cabinet will be transformational. I do know the current administration couldn't run a bath let alone a country so it will be a huge change.

@GlennLeinster The Greens campaigned against ULEZ in UXBRIDGE. Corbyn was the reason the Labour party crashed and burned the last election with his fantasy manifesto. The guy has never passed any sort of policy in his life you need to get yourself a proper hero and stop venerating a left wing populist there just the same as right wing populists promise everything deliver nothing.

@keithparker1346 why do you do that your completely wrong yet its deliberate? The greens round my way wanted to close down development of a proposed cycle way expansion in the town because it chopped a few trees down

@keithparker1346 I catch up with news views and opinions from the left to the right. If you sit in your own echo chamber all you hear is bias reinforcement. Maybe they are overcorrecting to the centre we shall see, the right wing media while disheartened with the Tories really want to lay into Labour on anything and everything they possibly can, they even gave Sunak a soft ride on expanded oil licences even though there's something like 70% broad approval for nett zero.
