@keithparker1346 Blair was an avowed centerist Thatcher before him was on the hard right economically as was Osborne after him However much you think you hate Starmer or whatever concoction about him being a closet Tory you have in your head the alternative is x1000 worse Whatever my antipathy for Bair is and there was a lot I disagreed with again the alternative proved to be catastrophic the damage Osborne has done to this country and the chain of events created by his policies has literally taken us to the cliff edge. If you want to get a glimpse of how insane the current Tory party is go listen to Lord Frost parrot the fossil lobbies rambling fed him by the Tufton Street Crew. We may have gotten rid of Truss but that economic model of a deregulated low tax zero service Tory economic shyte hole that serves the 1% is currently where we are heading.

In what way the Cons haven't balanced the books or grown the economy in 13 Years and if you don't do that then working and middle class people's lives won't improve. and even following a more centrist agenda won't turn the economy around Major left Blair a half decent economy albeit ravaged by Thatcherism Sunak will leave a raging skip fire blighted not only by 13 years of Thatcherism but having Austerity piled on top + another 4 economic shocks in Covid, Brexit, the Energy Crisis and Liz Truss.
