Your figures are meaningless 1st they don't account for inflation 2nd they don't account for increased population if you take both into account we have seen the fastest drop in health spending on record between 2010 and 2019 its started to go up because o the effects of pandemic era costs just non of it on salaries. Why are you in favour of the government pissing billions up the wall on agency and supply staff to make an ideological point of making workers poorer? There are over 10% vacancies in health and schools getting worse by the day because of pay and conditions
