Tax cuts dont grow the economy after 13 years of the same Thatcherite drum and it failing every time youd have thought theyd twig by now Squeeze 1 billion off people on benifits who spend 100% of that money in the wider economy and give it to the top 4% who will lock 80% of it up in assets shrinking Gdp & reducing the overal tax take. Voila, you've just removed 800 million from the economy
