no it won't the oil extracted currently 80% isn't going to the UK if we really wanted to conserve it for ourselves it would be owned by us all where doing now is subsidising energy companies to the tune of 170 billion if we had sensible energy policy it would all be government owned we would burn gas for heating only and conserve our national resource

we have a shortage of energy in the UK this puts energy into the world market and its not exported from the UK its all owned and run by global corporations when was the last time there was tax paid on the North Sea?
