They cut out meetings and trained everyone on how to run effective efficient meetings when they were needed. They analysed processes and improved IT where necessary They took on additional staff to cover work the engineers had been doing but was deemed non core such as paperwork Result was e boost in productivity thier most expensive and experienced staff where spending more time on thier core work, everyone had a day when they could arrange appointments reducing sick days Etc There's apparently an optimum work hours per week after a certain point productivity trails off sharply always remember the adage don't buy a car built on a Friday
