@snafufubar there's a lot of research been done listened to a really good podcast on an engineering firm on how they implemented it. They cut out meetings and trained everyone on how to run effective efficient meetings when they were needed. They analysed processes and improved IT where necessary They took on additional staff to cover work the engineers had been doing but was deemed non core such as paperwork Result was e boost in productivity thier most expensive and experienced staff where spending more time on thier core work, everyone had a day when they could arrange appointments reducing sick days Etc There's apparently an optimum work hours per week after a certain point productivity trails off sharply always remember the adage don't buy a car built on a Friday

Don't believe the Bullsh1t you hear on the right wing and Republican circles there bought and paid for by the billionaire class and corporations they'd have child labour reintroduced in a heartbeat. Oh wait they already are quote Lawmakers in Republican-led states are proposing and passing legislation to roll back child labor regulations. In states like Iowa, Missouri, Ohio, and Arkansas, newly passed or pending laws allow companies to hire children without work permits and allow children to work longer hours under more dangerous conditions in places like construction sites, meat packing plants, and automobile factories. @jeremies7489

According to the Center for American Progress, being part of a union has an association with greater wealth for working-class families. As an example, they found that working-class union households have almost 4x the median wealth as a typical non-union household ($201,240 to $52,221 respectively). Republicans don’t support unions, clearly because that money is deemed better off in the boss's and shareholders pocket @jeremies7489
