After 2016 I started looking at the media in greater detail, my background is IT now retired but the level of disinformation both online and in mainstream had gotten off the charts. The Times isn't bad though centre right biased but the rest like the mail and the Torygraph are basically propaganda sheets Goebbels would have been proud of. How did we get to the UKIP ification of the Tory party with the most influential man on the Right being an unelected G0bsh1te in Nigel Farage? @royboy565

I've been to similar resort in the swiss alps very nice they are and you go to network. People who may fancy investing lots of money in your country go to these conferences. If you hadn't noticed there's been a lack of investment now for a good 13 years we can't even build a train line in that time and Hinckley C is a decade in the building and will be 3 years late if it ever fires up @TEMPLAR969

And if he did fit into your perfect mould would he be +20 points up in the Polls ? The reason they are so far up in the polls is they've moved towards the centre while the Tories go off in populist Thatcherite far right LaLa land. There is also the fundamental problem of a changing electorate. All the working class older people I know voted UKIP/Brexit/Boris and Labour are looking to appeal to suburban educated younger voters who don't have much of an interest in keep the red flag flying. I reserve my judgment on him I thought it was a decent speech it really depends on results when they take power the last 13 years have just been kin awful @MichaelFitzpatrick-b9e
