@abunawagbor6479 they weren't train drivers they were rail workers many on just above minimum wage, the raise they got still meant that they were getting less pay than in 2019 adjusted for inflation. The government habit of suppressing public pay, not dealing with the strikes then using the visa exception system to ship in low wage migrant labour has been badly damaging our economy and making things worse.
