  1. Biden's voter Base when analysed by district comprises of 70% of the US GDP so state funds as a % will proportionally by a large margin go to Red districts. The economy recovered months ago the only issue is it was in a K shape with as businesses transitioned to remote working the new factories with large spend on robotics went from strength to strength businesses such as Amazon boomed etc. That leaves a huge hole at the bottom of the economy the low paid across the board have taken a hell of a beating during the last year which this bill is mostly aimed at, how the GOP can claim to be for the working class is beyond me. There support among uneducated white males is weird as they are one of the hardest hit demographics by GOP policies it's like if the black guy gets it as well then no one should get it.

  2. I'd also add that this is a huge deal politically one of the key demographics that support Democrats is women especially working women with kids. This will solidify support but also becomes a rallying cry for 2022 to make the child tax credit perminent, smart policy
