He's going off on Supply Side Trickle Down Economics (Reaganomics) it never worked Reagan brought down inflation with a 20% fed rate and 13% unemployment the so called economic miracle was on the back of off shoring US jobs depressing salaries. It's a 1 off there's not enough heavy industry to do it again and besides off shoring was a key reason in the rise of Trump its about as popular as having to drink a pint of baby puke
