  23. Part time workers with a high proportion of women with kids, semi retired and students have left the job market completly, you've also had a huge number of people die and get sick. Kids are still not vacinated and grandparents used to be relied upon to do childcare for full time working women. If you now have to pay for childcare it's not worth it there's a dearth of after school clubs etc. Non of this has anything to do with unemployment benefit by the way when the stats start coming out you'll find Blue states who have better social programs recovering at a disproportionately higher rate. Also population growth has plummeted to zero, imigrants have been used for years to boost and keep the economy going, for all the smack talk the GOP spins on the border thier donors businesses rely heavily on imigrants labour.

  36. @CrissContino  let's do a little mythbusting According to Right wing media Texas has the lowest Taxes and big bad Calafornia has insanely high Taxes Wrong They both have a median tax take of around 8% But wait there's more The Tax burden in Texas for the bottom 20% earners is 13% the top 5% pay 3% I'm no lover of the Dems but the Republicans are a nasty piece of work solely focused on stealing from the working and middle class and giving it to the wealthy and corporations.
