@JakobFischer60 There may well be a labour shortage but if your paying decent wages and conditions you'll get the staff. If you try and foster a sense of community at these new facilities and factories then you'll get people queuing up to work there treat them like a commodity to be dumped at the first whiff of cheaper labour elsewhere and you'll have a rolling labour shortage.

@strictnonconformist7369 your looking at increases in more localised jobs if you move from fossil fuel to greener electric a fair percentage needs creating in a decentralised way. Your also needing more tech workers plus other skilled people and so the cycle continues they generate service jobs etc.
