@jon-xd7tl that's just word salad Credible deterrent rubbish how about doing the hard bit and go after traffickers plus issue ID cards and start rooting people out of modern slavery as well as shutting down the black economy. We're attractive because the government can't be ar5ed to do the hard bits its too easy to disappear All the Cons are doing is feeding the current business model because there lazy and totaly incompetent
