  3.  @HallowedMiscreant  but why? If your registered at an address with HMRC as your main residence it doesn't matter if you spend 99% of the time at your boyfriends. And what you post on social media is completely irrelevant its a complete non story.

  4.  @peterg791  I've looked at Dan Neidle's thread on it as long as her residence was nominated as the main residence even if she wasn't living there there is zero tax to pay.
