@carolewynn9407 The green levy is supposed to pay for insulation and is used as a stick to try get generators to switch to greener fuel. At the end of the day it's just another tax what we should do is windfall tax the oil and gas profits and use the money to reduce the cost improve payments to the less well off and boost housing insulation targets
