Such as the UK chancellor using tax loopholes to benefit his families finances? Or setting favourable tax policies that protect unearned income from increases?

@aaronstorey9712 so what's fair about having a Chancellor running uk tax policy using tax loopholes that he refuses to plug to enrich themselves? His budget specifically didn't touch unearned income or capital gains

He controls UK fiscal policy so its in everyone's interest to know if he's setting tax policy based on his personal finances Which he appears to be doing

Ukraine has gone to full mobilisation of its population Russia has not and will not. Full mobilisation means every part of its population and economy is gearing for war, the troops trained 6 weeks ago can now fill duties on the home front releasing experienced personnel to the front line while still undergoing further training and so the cycle begins Russia is already at near capacity of what it can deploy and pulling stuff that's not been well maintained out of reserve isn't going to help much neither is sending conscripts to a foreign war zone.

@gswiftgs23 so your saying just because Putin can't control the population and mineral wealth of northern Europe he'll set off nukes? Well over half his troops are conscripts and don't want to be there

The only peace they will have will be through force. There's a shale gas and oil seam under the part of Donbas not in Russian hands plus huge lithium deposits outside Dinipro and Putin has already deported 100s of thousands to failing Russian population centres in the east of the country. If Putin controls Ukraine he has a 45 million population to boost the declining Russian population and a stranglehold on mineral wealth

@Eleventhearlofmars he'll never be PM and any debate he gets into this will come up, Johnson is getting pretty toxic I live in a Tory supposedly safe area and partygate hit them like a sledge hammer we have an elderly and middle class well off population and the second hammer blow has been the Ukraine visa fiasco lots of well off well meaning mum's incandescent with a burning rage that there seemingly being actively blocked from taking people in to appease the Racist crowd Bojo needed to push the Tories over the line at the last election.
