I do so I looked it up it was a joke started by a conservative chancellor way back Over Brown's tenure he borrowed around 250 billion including rescuing the banking system and everyone's savings and pensions and since 2010 the Tories have borrowed 1.6 trillion, depressed wages making people on average 10% well off than they were in 2010 added 10 million in net migration and through wage suppression in public services and failure to regulate zero hour and outsourcing have created a low wage economy that needs feeding migrant labour.
