The tech sector isn't going to stagnate neither is the renewables sector or the evolving manufacturing using robotics There is also a huge labour shortage in IT where I work its in the 10's of thousands and salaries have risen sharply The Fed will squeeze just enough to make sure unemployment doesn't start to rise as for real estate its way over priced if you ask me same as the market was last year.

  2. I work in the Tech sector we've never been so busy there's 10's of thousands of vacancies even with a slow down there's not going to be a recession in our part of the economy. Most of the inflation drivers are Oil and energy related in Europe they hit 20% for EV registrations in JAN their gas price is double the US funnily enough Texas is the leader in wind generation and there is a veritable boom in the renewable sector as Natural Gas and Oil continue to rise in price
