@finesselord9945 why would they vote for a party that's owned by the fossil lobby? One of the main inflationary drivers is food which is being affected by climate change and energy which is bound to the world commodity markets

@sidneyjones2101 the Republicans have no plan for inflation bar yet more corporate tax cuts and blocking attempts to legislate against corporate price gauging (67% of the total) And let's not forget the 1,5 trillion the Republicans put on the US credit card for corporate tax cuts which is an inflationary driver or climate change which is fueling food inflation which the Republicans claim doesn't exist

@beycarter1860 San Fran and New York are in 2 of the richest states in America The States with the highest murder rates are all red states NY for example has between 2-4 per 100k Texas has between 10-12 per 100k loads of red states with over 10 Calafornia has only 4-6 per 100k Stop watching Fox news it's just opinion go look at the data before shooting your mouth off

@RandyCapor There probably sick of being told the answer is more corporate tax cuts, Republicans have been blocking legislation to stop price gauging which is responsible for 57% of the current inflation There also bought and paid for by the fossil lobby and aren't interested in climate change or moving to renewables

@beycarter1860 one of the contributing factors to less murders in blue states is tighter gun control Let's look at some specific areas on crime and what needs to be done first the bail bond system is just racketeering in disguise it fuels the prison population, the US has 300% more people incarcerated than in Western Europe that is a huge indictment of a system which Republicans want more of. If something is failing you don't double down on it you look at the underlying causes ditch the macho tough on crime rhetoric and try solve the problem. Firstly the number one driver of crime is poverty and with poverty comes squalor poor housing drug and alcohol addiction etc. Round my way the local politicians decided to save money and closed a local youth service subsequently crime went up so they spent way more than the cost of the youth service on extra policing which created more criminals needing more prison space Each area has its own problems but the Republicans big stick fits all solutions just make things worse and I don't have that much faith in the Democrats but at least there more open minded to change such as the child tax credit

@Crusader-777 Trump is as mad as a box of frogs, our Donald has a serious case of ADHD, it's often been speculated he has dyslexia as well. What he did with the sharpie and the Hurricane map and the way he pressured government departments to try bend reality the guy is not playing with a full deck
