@hgservices5572 Trump had the worst economy since Hoover. Before Cov even started he'd pumped nearly 3.5 trillion into debt via corporate tax cuts and was a prime reason inflation shot up so sharply when it finished. At the end of 2019 the inflation rate had ticked up to 2.1% and you were looking at impending hikes to the Fed rate, we saw the same thing with the Bush and Reagan tax cuts the GOP never learn it's really short term. This is in stark contrast to the Biden agenda which pumped money into infrastructure which has a long lasting tail effect to growth and doesn't cause contraction the instant you have any sort of pressure put on it.

@barrydavey7188 19% of the US labour force are migrants both legal and illegal. It doesn't take a genius to work out what would happen if you started pulling millions out of the labour pool

@patrickchege58 The US produces as of now more energy than it uses, increasing production won't lower costs because they've extracted all the easy stuff. Also production costs will continue to climb with inflation Last time I looked Wind and the Sun were still free and inflation proof?
