  1.  Joe Maleski  you'll create more jobs by funding unemployment, people on the very bottom rung spend 100% of thier income, everyone is in this together getting a tax cut is the last thing you'd be looking for.

  2.  Joe Maleski  you give the unemployed money which feeds the economy at the grass roots, longer term the Roosevelt model of stimulus with employment coming with a rebuilding of infrastructure, your not going to be able to Jack the economy up as was done in the financial crisis the paper thin recovery at the bottom is completely blown. As someone on a middle income my spending has nose dived and will stay depressed till there's a vaccine, no restaurant's ball games concerts holidays etc..etc so a tax cut does nothing, same as cutting tax at the top it just goes into yet more savings.

  3.  Joe Maleski  people in the middle are reducing thier spending people at the top don't care, a tax cut or break takes money out of the economy which will make it contract even more
