I hope he gets well But When he comes out of hospital he needs to have a full medical which is public the disease can and does affect multiple organs not just the lungs. Do I think he will do this no but then who do you trust is he healthy is he not, he's defiantly not going to be in good condition for some months he's obese with a heart condition and suffers from high cholesterol and is morbidly unfit.
