The Oxford vaccine is different in a number of ways it's been created using public funds while Astra Zenica will distribute it for the most part it's being initially licensed across the world on a not for profit basis. It should cost 3-4 a dose the two vaccines already approved cost up to Pfizer 20 and Modern 38 dollars. Pfizer have committed to selling at cost while the world is in its pandemic state. The Oxford vaccine is also easier to produce and distribute and is fundamentally different to the two others as it uses old established technology while the others use the new mRNA technology
