@balla4544 what's your point, people are far better off and pay more taxes in California? What's wrong with you people is basic math a forgotten skill in red states. The majority are far better off even after paying tax or they earn far less but pay little tax and are worse off.

@balla4544 it's a popular state with plenty of social programs as I've said there are 40 million people in it the bulk of which are considerably by a big margin better off financially than every other state in the union but you can always do better. The overriding feature off a Republican economy is boom/bust and low wages. I'm 64 and retired I don't want boom/bust it will kill my pension

Me I think a majority get suckered into votiing Republican because they believe the constant stream of lies and BS that's spewed out by the right. Take covid for example if you live in a heavily red county your twice as likely to die from it than if you live in a heavily blue County. This mirrors Ecenomic recovery and growth you can always find examples outside this.
