The GOP answer to inflation is savage cuts to spending sending the economy into recession and massive unemployment (Reaganomics with 7/8% unemployment high interest rates crushing working and middle class) It maintains wealth at the top and that is paid for in bucket loads at the bottom and middle in Bidenomics if you have an energy shortage you build more renewable capacity by increasing supply which lowers the price overall and also keeps unemployment low. You won't get 1-2% inflation unless you take out from the wealthy part of the 8 trillion Trump pumped in in debt with taxes

  8.  @OfficialSeth  Explain what happened to farmers because of the Tariffs, 92% of those raised went on Farming subsidies but nearly all to the corporate sector, the number of small farming bankruptcies went through the roof as did suicides in that community due to retaliation from the Chinese. Those export markets are now lost permanently due to lack of trust. If you put tariffs on then expect retaliation which will have a huge impact on US exports and Jobs, the EU doesn't play games and DJT will get his clock cleaned if he engages in a Tariff war with them, they are systematic and ruthless when targeting retaliation.

The debt ratio climbed under Trump to 133% due to growth its down to 122% The major problem with the Trump debt was the 4 trillion on tax cuts which added to post Cov inflation

  19. If you have more parties you'll get the Republicans in for life, the centre and left have always had to coexist to drive the political agenda. Conservative bottom is 30% going up to mid 40's and the vote for representatives is not proportional in a first past the post system with multiple parties 30's can easily get a win. The GOP could have split with the rise of the Tea party but it didn't it adopted a more hard right stance to placate them.

The older people like me are taking precautions at a Neurotic level, groceries are delivered no social activities bar outside we have a reasonable distance they fetch their own beer and use a different loo which I clean down thoroughly afterwards, no holidays flights bars etc. only trips to the park bike rides and open spaces. There are currently 2 versions of the virus 1 originating from China and a mutated version which is just as harmful but is more virulent in spreading. I have asthma probably down to a bout of viral pneumonia I had years back and am on medication for it this, even mild covid can cause lung scarring and long term health issues (the new pre-existing condition of the decade)
